We had an emergency water issue early in the morning in our garage! I Called McKenize plumbing before normal business hours and Lisa answered. Lisa gave great customer service - calm and polite and assured me they would take care of it. Mac was our technician that serviced us . He was excellent - explained everything that needed to be done thoroughly! He ran out to to get the part promptly and kept me updated as I was running my children around to their schools and appointments! He fixed what was vital and gave suggestions on what could be done further if we wanted to without the 'sales pitch' approach. HIGHLY recommend - wonderful family run company 👌🏽!!

Our basement recently flooded with water 4 feet deep on a WEEKEND! Mack came out Saturday afternoon and took excellent care of us. He removed the water, found the source of the problem and had everything done as soon as he could. In addition, he is one of the most professional, nice human beings we have ever had to come help us with a repair. Call these guys. They really are the BEST!

I can't say enough good things about our experience with McKenzie Plumbing! From the start, the office team was very professional when booking our work and answered any questions we had. They worked with our schedule and had the team there on the day we requested. The techs were polite, respectful and most importantly skilled. They had a big job to do in this renovations and they came in and got to work. They were knowledgeable and gracious when we asked questions. Overall, the best experience! I would highly recommend them for any residential or commercial job (we have used them for both). Their customer service, professionalism and skill are the best!

I absolutely recommend this company to everyone in the area that needs professional, ethical and quality work done. We had the honor of having the team that works with the leader Sven. I believe his coworkers name is Matt who is an Army Veteran (If I'm wrong, I'm sorry) But the rest of the team was Lamar and Tony and another younger guy. Our home is on a septic tank so we wanted the sewage line tapped into the city line. Sven is a true master at planning the correct approach, networking with PWC and getting in there and getting dirty himself along with his team. I truly enjoyed corresponding with him and the team and also speaking with Ms. Tracy who runs the office and orchestrates everything. The work was swift, neat and done with quality. I watched them dig, place and level all the pipes, work as a team and effectively communicate until the job was complete. I mean.... Their work is TOP GRADE!!! Seriously, I have learned in this area that you truly get what you pay for. If you want quality work done by honest folks, McKenzie's Plumbing is the way to go. They get back with you, they get your estimate quick, they thoroughly explain the plan of action and on the day of, they are on it! I'm very, very happy that we chose them among the rest...Turns out We chose the BEST! Thank you Sven!!!!

5 star experience for sure! I called in at noon on a Friday concerned about a leak under my house, received a call back within 30 minutes of calling telling me they can rush out to help. They made it within an hour and got me squared away, they even let me know the piping in my house was recalled and what steps I could take to get all the pipes switch out. Best experience I’ve had with a plumbing company for sure, I would leave a 10/10 stars if it was possible!

Stay away!! Brian did the plumbing for my car wash in New Bern. For 2 months we had water showing up in our parking lot and the GC asked him to come out and diagnose. He called the GC and said it was a leak from the site contractor. The site contractor guaranteed it was not and one week later we had Brian McKenzie come out and he broke through a wall to get to one of his pipes which was leaking profusely. He made the repair to the pipe and then left and will not respond to us regarding the damage to the wall, the $ thousands we lost in water leakage, pumps that went dry and are destroyed due to his faulty plumbing, $thousands we had to pay to the site contractor so they could tear up concrete and look for his problem. These guys will cost you a lot of money. No one wants anyone to go out of business but this group is heartless and cold and will leave you footing the bill for problems they created.

Julia and Mack came thru on fixing a pinhole leak on my water meter line. This was causing a huge water bill, for me. They found the hole replaced the leaky pipe and and restored it to no longer have that issue! I highly recommend, for friendly, efficient honest working family owned business!! Thank you both very much. Cost efficient at least for my repair!!
